What are cookies?

Cookies and similar technologies are small files that a website may store on your device to remember information or so that third-party services embedded in the page work correctly.

Necessary cookies

This site does not use its own cookies, only third-party technologies. The only one we consider necessary is Cloudflare Turnstile, embedded in the contact form to distinguish human submissions from spam or automated abuse. It only activates when you submit the form, solely to protect that submission, so it does not require your prior consent.

Optional cookies (require your consent)

We show a Google Maps map with the location of our office. This map is not loaded by default: it only activates if you accept it, from the notice shown when you enter the site or from the "Accept and load map" button next to the map. If you decline, the address is still available as text.

We use Google Tag Manager to centrally manage the analytics and marketing tags on this site. The Tag Manager container always loads, but by default all its analytics and marketing tags have cookie and storage access blocked (Google’s consent mode): as long as you don’t accept those categories, no cookie is installed and no data is sent through it. Only when you accept the relevant category from the cookie banner are they granted permission to work normally.

Legal basis and applicable regulations

This processing is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE). The legal basis for Turnstile is the technical or security cookie exception under art. 22.2 LSSI-CE, which does not require consent when its sole purpose is to protect a service expressly requested by the user. The legal basis for Google Maps and Google Tag Manager is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. International data transfers

Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile) and Google LLC (Maps and Tag Manager) are based in the United States and provide the services described on this page. Both publish their own safeguards for transferring personal data from the European Union; you can review the detail in the Cloudflare privacy policy and in the Google privacy policy.

How to manage your preferences

You can change your decision about optional cookies at any time: click the cookie preferences icon visible in the bottom corner of any page, or the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. From there you can accept or reject them all together, or click "Configure preferences" to decide on the map, analytics and marketing separately. You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings, although this may affect how some pages work.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, as well as to object to its processing or request its restriction or portability, under the terms set out in the GDPR. You can exercise these rights through the channels indicated in our privacy policy. If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
